At The Law Coach, we coach a little differently. Traditional business coaching usually involves a coach working with you to identify goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies for success. This often includes asking reflective questions to help you gain insights and make decisions on your own.
Our method, which we call action coaching, was devised following Bernadette's research and publications on action learning for lawyers. Unlike traditional coaching, our action coaching doesn't just ask you reflective questions to figure things out for yourself (although we do encourage reflective practice).

Our in-person workshops take learning a step further by combining theory with immediate practical application. These workshops are intensive, hands-on training sessions where you will work through the day creating an action plan to implement everything you’ve learned.
Our workshops can be delivered in our training facilities or in-house at your preferred location.
